LIBRE provides free legal advice, assistance, and representation to eligible San Mateo County residents in select immigration matters. We support survivors of violence, eligible children and young people who have experienced abuse, abandonment, or neglect by a parent, and other San Mateo County residents seeking immigration legal guidance.
